We have nothing but great things to say about the care, professionalism and quality of work that we were met with. After calling in a bit of a panic, Jim came to the rescue. Not only did he fix what was necessary, he also explained to me what he did and addressed things that may be an issue later on. They were easy items that we were able to take care of ourselves, but nothing we would have thought to check on our own. Jim probably saved us from having a huge water heater disaster. We had zero issues with billing and Misty was very professional as well. This is a great local, family owned, friendly, professional company. I will use Lunsford every time!

This is all my opinion.I worked for Jim Lunsford for 3 almost 4 months. I started with no experience on working on boilers, heaters or any plumbing. I was promised an apprenticeship with him. I would be by his side he said. After 3 days of watching him and 18 year old son fight with each other I guess I was trained to be sent out and repair broken heating systems on my own I was never shown a single thing about how to fix them and was told to just figure it out. I was also told that I would be working 70 hours a week. That never happened. I was scheduled to go to customers houses by myself and diagnose and repair issues I was never trained for. I’m assuming that I have damaged many homeowners boilers and heaters due to me not know a single thing about the systems I was fixing. I was told your smart and picking up on it fast.My hours were never 70 hours a week. I had one 40 hour week the 3 months I was there. Week after week I was given less jobs and was told that theres work out there just don’t know what’s going on it’s been so slow. I have a wife and 2 year old daughter that I support and could not do that with the 18 hours or less a week I was getting I quit working for him after Christmas and had to call multiple times to get my paycheck that was not correct. I’m sure if you have had a repair done by them you never know when your going to get your invoice cause the office is so unprofessional I bet you can get a repair done by Lunsford and you have a 50/50 chance you will never see a bill and if you do it will be months and months.I was never sent my tax info from them tell I had to call and hear a million excuses But then blamed it was sent but the mail lost it. Jim and his company lie and are far from being Christians I would have a better person and company work on your heating systems. There are better companies out there trust me.
