The teck was great. We were told that our contract was expired. Several days after the work was done on the lawn tractor we were called ant told the contract had not expired as of yet. I called the number and was told to go on the computer and leave word and someone would contact me. Of course no one has. guess I should have known better. Now you do not want my opinion of the service.

I waited 4-5 days for my appointment. Left work in order to sponsor the technician at the base gate just to go through all the paperwork and for him to be denied because they didn’t have valid insurance on their company vehicle. Now I’m expected to wait another two days for a new appointment after wasting time leaving work and burning gas running back and forth for nothing. Not very professional for a company to not have valid insurance on their company vehicle. You can literally get pulled over and ticketed for not having valid insurance on a vehicle. Not only are they putting themselves in danger but they’ve also wasted a great deal of my time and weren’t even able to fix my washer. Didn’t offer anything aside from a rescheduled appointment.

Craig? was outstanding in every way. I called yesterday and he was here today, fixed my dryer and made excellent suggestions. I loved working with Sears and A & E!
