  Anthony was prompt, polite, and patient. He answered my questions and I was very happy with my service. Quinton came out a month ago for a separate issue and was fantastic. You would be foolish not to retain your services for all your HVAC needs.

  I am very happy with the new HVAC system and duct work Carolina Comfort Air installed in my house. Caleb came out and did the estimate. We discussed the poor airflow on the master bedroom side of the house. He crawled up through the attic and came back with a easily understood explanation of the current ductwork and his proposal to improve airflow. Eugene and his team arrived on time to do the work. They were professional and worked hard. It took a day and a half to do all the work. I’m super-pleased with the work that was done and the upgraded unit I purchased. I would not hesitate to recommend CCA to a neighbor.

  Would like to thank all the staff at Carolina Comfort Air who helped make my home comfortable again. From Caleb Resendiz who walked me through the purchasing process to Dylan Brown and his crew who worked tirelessly to get my new Trane HeatPump. I can sit in my living room and can't tell the unit is on.
