technicians arrived around 0900 and were done by 1130. had to remove engine to my mower and replace the compression lever. Had to take engine apart to fix it. Good job. Technicians were clean, uniforms clean, they neat and very friendly and knowledgeable about the repairs needed. Thank you. Now the mower is for sale.

Filed a ticket for Dryer Repair on 6.14.21. Set repair for 6.17. Called to confirm appointment and they said 6.17 wasn't available. So, they moved to 6.28. Here we are today with no technician out to my home. We have a family of 6 and no dryer since 6.14 is a disaster. I finally had enough and just canceled my ticket. Called someone else who is coming tomorrow AM. I will NEVER work with this company again. Not only that, but when you call them their "systems are down". A major corporation can't get an IT person to fix the problem? I called a local company and they will be out tomorrow morning. Sears should be ashamed of themselves. I will NEVER do business with them again. Not only do they delay the service call, but when they DO actually come out, then you have to wait on parts they seem to never have. Disaster 101.

LG scheduled the appointment for us to have a technician come out to diagnose and give us an estimate. The service charge was $99 which would be deducted from the cost of the repair if we had them do the work. After checking the dryer and giving me a price of $84 for the part and another $124 for labor the technician said that they did not deduct the cost of the $99 trip fee from the cost of the repair. He diagnosed the problem and specifically told me it was a Thermostor and corrected me when I said thermostat so I assumed he knew what he was talking about. He said he could order the part and could return in TWO weeks to put it in because that was the first available time they would be available. He advised we could order the part and replace it ourselves if we wanted and told me what I should get. I ordered the part he said only to find out it wasn't actually the Thermostor but instead was the thermostat so I had the wrong part so we still don't have a working dryer. Nothing they said was accurate and I would recommend you never do business with these scam artists.
