The tech that came out was rude, she tried to sell me a service cleaning on my refrigerator for $50 when its free to me because of the worry I have on it. She was dismissive about the problem i was having with my refrigerator & basically said it was my fault. There wasn't a problem. Well there is a problem I had to call again before the water filter was still leaking & wasn't dispensing ice or water anymore. The new tech was helpful & way better then the first.

Technician was extremely friendly, courteous, and informative. He diagnosed the problem and was able to successfully solve the problem of a wire that had disconnected and grounded itself under the drum. He reattached it and ensured the dryer was blowing plenty of hot air -- so much so that we renamed it Dryer Trump.

Very unhappy with the service. Had a dishwasher that leaked. I told the tech that the leak happens at the end of the cycle. He said he couldn't wait that long. Left without seeing the problem and still charged me $89.00. I have been calling the company for a refund and they first said 72 hours, then they said 10 days. The third time I called they said 14 days. I made a complaint with the BBB. I wouldn't use this company again.
