I called to have someone fix my refrigerator. Scheduling an appointment was a pain staking process. The woman continually tried to upsell other services to me. I repeatedly explained I was at work and only calling to schedule a repair and she persisted in going through her entire list of services and benefits of said services. I finally got an appointment scheduled, 3 weeks out was the earliest. I ended up fixing my refrigerator myself and cancelled the appointment.

Thought they had it fixed but first load we went to do had same error code and wouldn't work. Over a MONTH to get rescheduled. How are we supposed to do laundry until then? NOT happy.

Service date and time stated was 8am to 5pm. That's to long to have to sit around the house and wait.
