Not pleased at all, took 2 1/2 months to get the heater once I ordered and paid for it. Once I got it the ash door was broken, they were going to send me a door, it's now been 3 weeks, I got a door last week but it was the wrong door. Got my credit card bill today and they charged me for the shipping a 2nd time when they shipped it and I didn't even authorize it, they had saved my credit card info from where I paid for the heater and the shipping on Sept 8. I called and was told they would get back with me. I do not recommend this company based on customer service. I have a heater I paid over 3 months ago that I still cannot use
