If you can get someone to show up to fix your appliance I’m sure it would be just fine. The people making the appointments can not communicate well. I’ve tried 4 times to get an appointment and have not gotten a technician on site yet. The last person hung up on me when I asked to speak directly to the repair shop near me.

my dishwasher is under warranty but due to getting the run around from sears and then have to wait over 2 weeks before the repair person could come out I decided to pay out of pocket and hire a repairman to come fix it. I will never buy anything that has Sears involved in it. that warranty I paid for was absolutely a scam and waste of money

Absolutely terrible. I scheduled an appointment three weeks in advance. The technician calls me an hour after the arrival time estimate, breathes and hangs up. Ten minutes later, I get a text to reschedule. I highly recommend to find a different service before even considering using this one.
