* He was very nice, professional and efficient. He had the needed part in his van and was able to replace it and was able to repair the oven. I appreciated that he wore a mask and gloves (elder in the house) Thanks for having such good representatives for your company.

Technician was awesome! A&E not so much. Refused to honor my warranty and made me pay over $300 to repair a known issue reported by others, and part of a class action suit in 2014. To be fair, this is a mfg issue, not A&E; however 1st Technician(Luis) wrote it up as normal wear and tear and was pretty useless. Jorge had just repaired the same issue for another customer 3 mos ago. A&E made me wait 8 weeks, saying part was on backorder. I ordered it myself amd got it within a few days. Then they pushed the repair date out...twice. Call center agents are rude....that's if you get them at all. I wasted several hours on the phone. Horrible customer service and customer experience.

The technician was great, and got the job done, but I had to wait five weeks for him to come to diagnose the problem and another five weeks for him to come back to finish the repair, all the while without a refrigerator in my kitchen! During this time, it was literally impossible to find any customer service agent who could do anything but make excuses or tell me that "someone would call me in a day or two to set up an earlier appointment". This happened about four or five different times, and NO ONE ever called back.
