  I initially called Duncan to set up an appointment for next week, but to my surprise, Eric showed up within 15 minutes of my call. He has been to my house before, and this time much like last time, Eric was knowledgeable, thorough. He inspected the toilet I was having trouble with and checked the other two to insure they were not having any issues. He fixed the problem and was on the road within the hour. Duncan provides the BEST customer service I have ever experienced. I would highly recommend Duncan to anyone looking for a professional plumbing services. They always follow up the next day to ensure your needs were met. You don't find that kind of care anymore.

  Eric did a wonderful job clearing a clogged drain at the kitchen sink, installing a new p-trap, and installing new assembly for the dual sinks with a take-out drain access. Very client-oriented explanations. Always wore shoe covers. Cleaned up area. Would highly recommend!
