I bought a 5 year extended warranty on a outside barbecue grill Kenmore brand. Service guy has been here three or four times to replace the burners the regulator other things have gone wrong with it. This time all the burners were rusted out falling apart they won’t burn the igniter wouldn’t work the caster had rusted and fell off the grill. The grill would no longer stand on its own. I had to prop it up to use it so it wouldn’t fall over. Service guy got here he called his boss and told him what was wrong, took pictures that he sent to his boss his boss told me the extended warranty didn’t cover rust. The grill has always been under a covered porch so never exposed to the weather. so I just had to trash the grill no longer use able. I ask for a copy of the warranty they said they couldn’t provide that for me.
