The technician was very professional and well versed in his knowledge of the appliance. However! It took 3 weeks to get someone to come out and check out the appliance. Fortunately for us, we had another refrigerator to use. Had we not had one, I would have lost over $500 worth of food and frozen items. This is not an acceptable time period. If your company is so far behind in your work orders, then you need to hire more people.

Sears is Very unreliable my system was down since September.got it repaired in November. They Cancel appointments without noticing me on several occasions. Caused me much inconvenience. However the serviceman Kevin was very knowledgeable of his job but Sears overall was a big disaster.
