Initially called due to system not functioning properly and set up a service call. They came out next day! Matt showed up early, which was really great. His diagnosis and troubleshooting found our compressor to be dead. After discussing options and and evaluating our almost 17 year old system, we decided to upgrade the entire system, fix a few flex ducts that were damaged, and run a new dyer oulet duct. Luckily they had all the parts and equipment necessary to do the revamping of our system and scheduled it for the following day. These awesome dudes showed up with 2 crews, did there thing, and was done in 4 hours. The guys on their crews were knowledgeable and proficient. We are pleased with the experience and would advocate anyone in the asheboro area to give them a try, Thank you Matt and the crew guys for yalls hard work. We appreciate it!

Charlie's tech came out to our business to fix a valve in our AC unit. The fix was done well. The tech accidentally knocked down some equipment of ours and Charlie's facilitated that repair. As another small business, we appreciated the accountability and professionalism.
