Our refrigerator stopped cooling, so we called Sears Appliancr Repair. The earliest appointment the woman offered was 6 or 7 weeks later. Totally unacceptable. She talked on and on about how great their parts are. She kept talking until she sounded like a scam artist. Then, she hung up on us. We found a local appliance repairman who came and fixed the fridge the next day. Bye. Add a rating? There isn't a low enough option.

We bought a new Kenmore Elite refrigerator in 2018. The unit stopped working on Thanksgiving Day this year. We called and a Sears repair person came out 2 weeks later, and subsequently told us the compressor was shot. Not only that, but it happens quite often. This was great to hear. Unfortunately, it got worse. The new compressor came in a week later, and now we are being told they cannot come out here until January. We expressed our displeasure with the timing, and we subsequently told that if we didn’t like it, we could call someone else. I don’t know if this is how you treat all customers, but we are suddenly sorry that we purchased Kenmore appliances to outfit our entire kitchen. We spent a good amount of money with Sears, and this is how we are treated.

Very long process. Had to wait for a week for service appointment, then another week for part to be delivered and installed. Wrong part, so another 10 days for next appointment.
