Ken, is such an amazing man, with the biggest personality with a heart of gold. I appreciate his time. Was very impressed on his determination. He did everything possible to solve the issue. Ken was great from the moment he arrived. He immediately put on shoe coverings upon arrival and introduced himself, talked about the 1-year service checkup on our AC and furnace units and the got started. Upon completion he gave us tips to keep our units in top shape (and reminders on changing out air filters). It was nice to meet another great Niceley’s employee and look forward to his next visit.

Furnace went out. Diagnostic tests showed it was a transformer for the thermostat. Called Nicely. They had a direct match for what I needed

We had an issue with our fridge temperature rising and would unplug it for a day and it would be good for a few weeks before it happened again. We called Nicelys. My neighbor had used them several times in the past and had great experiences. A rep was sent out and found a problem. He ordered the part and came back to install it when the part came in. A few weeks later we had the same issue. I called and they sent Adam. I had met him several times at my neighbors and he was great! I was so happy to have him come. He determined it needed a new motherboard. For the age of the fridge it wasn’t worth it to repair. Bill at Nicelys called and offered to refund the cost of the first replacement minus the service call. I have never in my life had a company reach out and offer a solution of this magnitude. Amazing company with exceptional employees.

Ken went above and beyond. Answered all our questions and was very thorough in his answers. He even interacted very well with are kids (one 5 and the other 18 months. Very glad we called Niceleys  and looking forward to there future service.

I called the  store number and they had me wait a minute out at my car and i paid over the phone . The part I paid for was brought out to me. I got out o
f my car and just in a few steps was given my part and receipt.  I did call a few days prior and verified that they did have the part I needed.They did and was ready to pay and pick up.

The upper basket of my dishwasher needed replacing.  One of the parts was not available, so Adam did a temporary fix on the basket.  The people in Niceley's office kept me updated on the part and rescheduled when it came in.  Adam was very courteous, pleasant, and professional.  He also wore shoe coverings when in my house, which I appreciated.

I called Nicelys to ask about a part for my washer, they did not have it in stock but ordered it for me and it came and was ready on the day they said it would be. Everyone who helped me throughout thr process was extremely helpful, friendly and answered all of my calls promptly. The part I ordered was the same price on Amazon as is was ordering through Nicelys and I am so proud to have ordered it from Nicelys to support our community. I highly recommend Nicelys and will use them for my future appliance repair.

Christmas Eve morning the heating element in my oven broke in two. I called Niceley's and they had one in stock but were closing when I called.  The woman I talked to was so helpful and said she would wait until I got there before leaving.  Not many businesses would have done that. They saved Christmas dinner for my family. I will always call them first for anything I need.
