Arrived on time, diagnosed problem quickly, did great job, offered 90 day warranty. Only negative is price: The service call and a mere half hour of labor cost $250 (not including price of part).

Technician did great job. Problem is process. Had them come out for dishwasher not working and had them replace rubber gasket on washing machine.. You end up having them order part to come to you. They will not schedule until they are sure you will have the part. They ended up scheduling for 2 1/2 weeks later. On that day they ended up canceling and rescheduling. Was going to put off another week, because I couldn't be there for 4 hours window next day. i complained and they made it work for 3 days later. What was funny is they had 2 technicians scheduled to come on that day. One for washer, one for dishwasher. Luckily first technician solved figured it out and did both repairs. They did do good job on repair. They try to sell you overpriced home warranty. The problem is they are too big and process is poor. When we had local repair person, they fixed it same day or within a few days. Next time I will probably go that route.
