  I placed an online order in December of 2021 and they split the order into two shipments and charged the full quoted shipping amount on both shipments. Marty with American Copper and Brass acknowledge that they double charged the shipping but only Kelli is able to issue the credit card refund. Kelli was never available on the multiple times I asked for her and has not return my messages I left for her either. They just started doing web sales last fall and do not have their system figured out yet. I would stay away.
