  Woke up this morning and it was so cold. Thermostat showed 70 but it was 50 degrees inside. I have heard good things about the company but had never used them before. Called them before lunch. The office staff is so friendly and were honest about doing everything they could to send someone over and told me they would call me back to see if they could fit me in with a possible ice storm hitting eastern NC within the next 24 hours. They told me between 3 and 5 pm and before 3 pm I had a technician at my door step in Morehead City Ed wqs q wonderful and thorough technician that is great at explaining what he is doing. By 430 pm he had replaced a faulty thermostat and repaired faulty heat strips that were not connected. He made sure that the heat, ac, and auxiliary heat were all in fine working condition. My Trane is 11 years old but still going. I now have a nice heated house less than 7 hours after I called. They are a friendly and professional company and I look forward to using them in the future if I need them.

  Eric Craigo is the reason we choose Trent Heating and Air to install our new HVAC systems. We felt so comfortable working with him that it was as if Eric was part of our family. We had 2 specifics when it came to our new units. The first was that they were quiet, the second was warm air. Eric listened to our requests and concerns and gave us exactly what we asked for. I got several quotes when I started looking and we are VERY happy and satisfied with the outcome after choosing your company. My wife keeps saying, “Worth Every Dime”!!! His installation team was fantastic! They were all very professional, courteous, friendly and proficient at their job. We are so pleased we went with Trent that I have already recommended Eric and Trent to some of my friends. Thank you, Eric and crew, for the level of customer service we all deserve. Truly world class operation!

  Our A/C was not cooling. They send a technician over to check the system. We purchase this system from Sea Air just three years ago. Well about 2 months ago it did the same so they drained the pan. This last time pan was dry but the technician found a leak on the coil inside the air handler. He service the system without asking us first $577. It later leaked out in one day, ONE. So there went about $387 in freon wasted because the coil had a leak. I had window units for emergency but the technician never asked me how I would like to proceed.
