  I would definitely recommend SCI to anyone considering getting there Duct Work cleaned. Your sinuses & lungs will thank you repeatedly. When I spoke to Jason on the phone, to set up a date & time, because I live in Hancock, guess what? Eric, & his partner where right on time. All were very polite, & answered all questions.   Called to ask some advice on an issue in my home; the first lady I talked with was very friendly and helpful. She told me Jason would give me a call. Soon after Shane called instead so I wasn't waiting and was very professional and knowledgeable in answering my questions about the problem. They were scheduling two weeks out but he offered to fit me in this week.

  Very dissatisfied with the customer service.waited 2 months after they came to do estimate. Didn't get results until we called back. They agreed to the project. We removed everything to prep for them, they barely started then backed out. Now our deck looks worse than before. Would not recommend them to anyone. Very Unprofessional!!!
