The service was good be, but although I paid their bill at the time of service they continue to bill me!! My attempts to straighten them out have not been successful. They don't respond to my emails and calling them goes nowhere.

I used them as they were the only ones to show up. Besides diagnosing the problem, I have her to receive the parts needed to repair my appliance. When calling to find out when it would be here I was giving no answers and told they would automatically reschedule for me when the tech would be back. As you need to be available for an 8 hour window this is a little inconvenient. Also the tech was mostly trying to see me a protection plan.
