  Single mother who has been home owning for 10+ years. I do recommend SMS! Fair pricing, good & friendly team, & they get the job completed. Here is my recent experience. My furnace stopped working on a cold Sunday! I contacted SMS via email available on their website. I got a reply the same day. I think within the hour. 🙂 They offered prompt repair. I spoke to a worker on the sms team & got to meet another sms team member who repaired my furnace. It even has been a few days since repair/cleaning & their has been no concerns. Overall Both workers were professional & friendly. Good workers who got the job completed. Thank you SMS team
