  Helped me out with a condensation leak on a holiday weekend. It was an easy fix, so they just talked me through it on the phone for no charge.

  I placed a service call on July 3rd and was told by the answering service that someone was on call and then I will get a call back within an hour it is now July 6th and I have never gotten a call back, so I went with KP heating and cooling and they installed a new furnace for me on the same day. I would not recommend this company at all
