  NEW HOME BUILD DONE COMPLETELY WRONG! We had Sampson do our forever home and for months and months we have been having major issues with proper air flow within the house. We communicated this over and over to them and every time they came out it was stated that it was fixed. Fast forward to now we have been living in the house for six months and still are having extreme problems. We had a second opinion come out and take a look and they basically told us our whole house is jacked up with extreme problems. Sampson admitted that the duct work is wrong but blame it on us since we requested certain things like not wanting duct work hanging openly in a closet when there were open walls everywhere or could have easily had more wall built to accommodate. Meanwhile no one communicated with us at all that what we requested would cause issues. Had we known, we 100% would have allowed them to do whatever makes it work best. It's our forever home and our kids rooms have no heat or cold air going to them now. We didn't want these issues, especially as soon as we move in. They had issues with our new AC unit which they did fix but then also issues with our furnace which I had to fix myself one night after it quit working (five months into living in the house) Come to find out it quit working because of improper install causing it to completely clog up with soot. How safe was that is my first question? We have two young kids at home! Was improper install the same issue with the AC? Not to mention the way the gas line that comes into the house was also not properly installed. This isn't a company that cares about their clients as they were unwilling to help us fix the issues they caused and refused to return the money we payed them (after they openly stated they would fix things that still were not taken care of upon payment). We trusted them and they completely fed us to the wolves. Save yourself some frustration, time, and money. Find someone else!!

  We utilized Sampson's services in our new home construction for HVAC needs. They have absolutely went above and beyond. Very prompt with a high attention to detail. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service. I would give 10 stars if I could.

  This company sucks. They put in a new blower in the furnace where I live and didn't make sure the thermostat worked with the a/c and the heat. Then was asking me what is wrong with the furnace. I let them know what part they needed and got told to have the last HVAC person to fix it.
