My furnace stopped working in the extreme cold weather yesterday and I had to call for service after midnight because it was 40 degrees in my house. The technician, Jason, was very prompt in returning my call and getting to my home. He was able to determine the problem, and do the repair to get the furnace working again. He was very knowledgable and was able to teach use a lot about our furnace (we just bought the home and are in the process of moving in). I would recommend this company to anyone in need. Thank you so much for rescuing us from our extremely cold house.

I purchased all the appliances for my household from Dales. They were extremely helpful in selecting sizes , efficiency, and style to fit my household. All of the appliance have been working very well since my purchase 2 years ago. I highly recommend this business along with their timely service.

If I could rate this even lower I would. The dishwasher I purchased from them broke after four months. They came out, looked at it, ordered a part for it. Turns out it was the wrong part. They order another part, it was the wrong part. This time they ordered a pump. Turns out there are two pumps in there and they ordered the wrong one. Four tries and almost four months to fix it; I have already told people I know to avoid Dale's from now on if they expect something to get fixed promptly.

Tyler, I am so sorry that you had this experience. I can assure you this is not the norm, I know that is no comfort to you, your experience was not a positive one. From what I understand all of the signs in your 4 month old dishwasher pointed to a new board, that was not the problem. Our tech told the office to order a pump, so we ordered a pump, the drain pump, you needed the circulatory pump....at any rate I am sorry your experience was not a positive one. We try our best but sometimes our best isn't good enough, we fail. We are human. We hope you will see it in your heart to give us another chance, but if not.....I understand. Thank you for your patience. Best of luck in your future appliance purchases. Again, I do apologize for your bad experience.
