Willy from Sal Heat & Cooling was very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I understood what was going on. The installation of a new thermostat was perfectly done. He took the time to go over maintenance issues that I could do myself in the furnace to help prolong its life. Will definitely put him on my to call list next time I have an issue with my heating or cooling system.

Top notch service! I had to get an estimate for repairs exposed during an inspection report. I can't say enough about how kind and informative my technician was. Within an hour, I had the response....and that required no current repairs at all. When someone goes out of their way to provide information purely from the good of their heart, it seems like a golden gift. Very pleased with this company. Our furnace quit in the middle of the night and the house was 56°. I called and within 1 hour I got a call back from Fred. He was out here after another hour and fixed our furnace that same day.
