  I had a great experience working with Thomas and his installation crew on our recent installation of a central heat pump air conditioning system for a rental house built in the mid-1960's. I had other bidders but Thomas was by far the most comprehensive, thorough and detailed person I had. He carefully explained to me the various options and while some some of the issued other contractors raised could be solved. He always answered his phone with my questions and would cheerfully give me the information I needed. We did experience a few miscommunications with the installation crew but Thomas and company quickly and satisfactorily stepped in and fixed it. I would highly recommend All Climate and Thomas and crew. I am a satisfied customer.

  After multiple cancellations, the appointment finally happened and overall was a great experience. Taylor was very friendly and knowledgeable and guided me through the steps he performed and provided a fair assessment of my HVAC system. He did not do any sales pitch which was much appreciated. Will definitely consider for future maintenance too!

  We had a complicated problem with our older furnace. All Climate came out quickly to assess the problem and had the parts on the truck to fix it. After a series of further complications (the furnace is old) that required them to come back, they communicated swiftly and set up appointments right away to follow up with our concerns. They went out of their way to be sure that we were satisfied -- they made our old furnace good as new. Their pricing is honest and reasonable. Further, the technicians are professional and have the support and training to manage even the most complicated issues. We highly trust and recommend them! Great techs and customer service!
