  I can't say enough good about S&S Mechanical. From beginning to (very quick) end, they were professional and helpful. We needed our really old heat pump replaced and called S&S. The whole process (from quote to installation) took 4 days (and 2 of those days were the weekend) and on the day of install, everything was done quickly and efficiently. Afterwards, they explained the new thermostat to us, and made sure that everything was perfect and that we were happy before they left. It's hard to find that level of customer service anymore! I highly recommend S&S Mechanical (and did, to my daughter, whose A/C pooped out the following week. She also had a similar great experience.) and kudos especially to Logan, Richard and Brian (or Ryan...my husband can't remember for sure) for a job well done!

  The servicemen that came were incredibly polite and professional. They fully and thoroughly inspected my a/c unit to accurately troubleshoot our cooling issues. They then presented all of my options with multiple price points available. There was no bait and switch or overselling that I have found is so prevalent in other companies. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend S&S Mechanical to anyone and everyone who needs a good, honest HVAC company for service or repair!

  I recently had S&S Mechanical recently replace the HVAC System on my home and have not been disappointed. I did my research and had several local companies provide pricing, S&S was very competitive and helpful throughout this process. Logan came out to our house, took the time to thoroughly look over the old system in the attic and see what our options were on a new setup as well as to address previous airflow issues. Logan was also was extremely helpful when discussing some technical questions I had on their proposed setup to make sure it would work for us. Cody was our lead installer and did a top-notch job, their crew worked almost 11 straight hours non-stop in order to get the old system removed and new one up and running in the same day. Brennan also kept in touch to make sure things were running smoothly, help work through system setup/thermostat settings and to promptly take care of a few odds and ends after the install. S&S’s entire team has been fantastic to work with throughout the entire process and I would gladly recommend them to any one looking to replace their HVAC system.
