  One word… HONEST!! I was in a total panic with no working air conditioner. I called Black Diamond, boy did I call the right number among many! They were here within a half hour of me calling. Jordan, Broc and Lance! They did a quick diagnostic and found a faulty wire. They found the bad wire and removed ALL of the very damaged wiring and replaced it with new wire. It works great!!!! All within an hour, I now have a working air conditioner!! You know how much they charged me? 0 Zero dollars!! They were so kind and helpful! At no cost to me for a diagnostic. My compressor is very old and will surely need replacing in the future. I will be calling Black Diamond again only! Honesty is hard to come by these days in any service. These 3 were a prime example of honest, kind and very helpful people! They really cared about my well-being!! I trust Black Diamond and you can too!!! Jessica took my original call. I knew right away I was in good hands!! I am so very thankful to all 4 of them!! Sheila Stone - a very happy customer !

  Cameron came out all three times I called black diamond and helped with electrical work. He is very kind and very knowledgeable at what he does. I will continue to use black diamond experts for other needs in my home. They are an excellent company

  We had Black Diamond Experts in St George Utah come repair a humidifier linked with the furnace, install a new thermostat and teach us how to use it, install a bathroom fan, create 2 cold-air returns, and hook up an outside lighting fixture. They arrived on time and did their work in a timely manner. The workmen were very kind and friendly and really knew their stuff (Landon, Broch, Roger, and Isaiah). They charged exactly what their bid was. We will definitely call them for all our plumbing, electrical, and HVAC needs. If you want an honest, fair, and competent company Black Diamond Experts is who you want to call!
