  Sunday morning we woke up to no heat! Not a great option when it 9 degrees outside. Carrie was extremely efficient in getting a representative to my home. Brian came fixed the problem immediately and life was good again. I would highly recommend S&P to anyone needing services!!!

  They were great to deal with. Our furnace quit working in the middle of the night. By the time we woke up it was 62 degrees in here. We called and they were here within an hour. They found the problem and told us our options. They did NOT pressure us in any way. After discussing our options we decided on a whole new furnace. It was put in by the end of the day to our great surprise. They were honest and professional and did a great job here. Would definitely use them again if the need arises.
