I called out SK Mechanical LLC dba Roto-Rooter to clean two downspouts. They charged me $460.00. I thought that was a bit excessive. I called Scott Krogman at SK Mechanical and he said the technician charged me the Cleveland rates, not the Akron rates. He then said he would send me a check for $150.00. Strange? I would give 0 stars if I could.
