Rye Heating & Air is the best in the business. I have had issues with my aging HVAC system and they have gone well beyond my expectations with repairs and service. It is truly refreshing in this day to find a company that really prides themselves on service to the customer. They always call back when you need them, Brad even made multiple trips to help me make the right decisions for my needs. The installers were very friendly and considerate of my property. I’m a very picky person and I can tell you I could find nothing to complain about. You will be pleased with their work.

Daniel was professional and very patient explaining how my system works, where things were located and how to effectively use the Smart thermostat. This is the second property Rye H&A/ Daniel has serviced for me and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services. He also made suggestions to further protect the system, one of which I agreed to.

The process for buying a big home expense is never fun. Matt came out on a Sunday, because during the week is hard for two working adults, and went over our options for a new unit and finances. They were able to order the new unit and install within 3 days. He ordered the unit that night once approved financially and installed on a Wednesday. Very happy with the service and professionalism. Thank you so much!
