  A fun game to play is ask hms for your account report, and see all the smack the techs write about you. We did this and the techs were annoyed we didn’t want to pay for a $2000 repair when the house felt fine, not saying really nice stuff. Part of the reason for that is every time these guys come for routine maintenance they suggest a $1000 or $500 repair and after a few rounds of that you start to wonder if they’re being honest. I will say the house has always felt fine with their service, but that was only sometimes paying their crazy repairs all the time. Who knows what was needed and what wasn’t. And after seeing how they regard their customers in the report, I’m in the market for a company that appreciates the consumer a little more.
