  The folks at Rowell are extremely knowledgeable, courteous and caring. They installed a whole house generator for us a few months ago and did a great job with followup and care after the sale and install. Their techs that came out were all top shelf and displayed integrity and care about their work. My wife and I are big fans of this company and highly recommend them.

  We used this company after meeting with three others for the purchase and installation of our automatic Generac generator whole house. From start to finish it was truly a pleasure. They communicated wonderfully, gave updates and then when it came to installation absolutely top notch. I recommend them to any one looking for quality, competitive pricing and anyone wanting a near perfect experience. Thank you to the team! I’ll be calling for any electrical needs.   Joy Rowell was such a joy to work with (She certainly lives up to her name.) We had a generator installed and she was able to walk me through the process that was necessary to get it installed. Joe was the salesperson that came out to our house and told us that because they were the contractors with Costco for the installation of generators, we could get 10% shopping card from Costco if we bought the generator through Costco. The guys that came out to our house to install the generator and the guys that came out to prepare our breaker box to receive the relay switch between our breaker box and the generator were all very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Because Joy had told me that I needed a plumbing company to install the gas line to the generator, I was able to have that company meet the representative of Atlanta Gas and Light Company who came to replace my gas meter with one that could handle the extra load of my generator. You see, there are many steps necessary for installation of the generator and I would not have known any of these steps had I not been walked through the process. And Rowell Electric is an expert in this area; therefore, they should be the only electric company you go to if you're in need of a home generator. And to top it off, Joy was able to walk me through several steps necessary for the financing that made it possible for us to get our generator.
