I had a dripping spout out side and it had froze so I called and made an appointment they said it would be 2 days I said okay but the next day it defrosted and was able to turn off the spout all the way. I called to cancel the appointment so someone else could get in during this busy winter season and the guy was very rude and questioned me about what plumber fixed the problem. He was up set when I said we fixed it ourselves then he made a rude comment about thats why they make appointments . So I say now that I will never use Rocky Mountain Plumbing because of the VERY RUDE person that answered my call.

I have now worked with RMM two times and both have been amazing! Yesterday evening, my capacitor failed on my ac unit. I went down to the local true value this afternoon to see if they stocked a replacement. They didn't, but the Lady from RMM called around to her drivers and found me one that I was able to go pick up in town. Absolute life savers!!!

When we moved here in 2016 we had rocky mountain mechanical install a wood stove. At a cost of over $5000.the fire box is fully warranted And we have spent countless amounts of money on other repairs. When it came time to warranty the stove I was clear that being that we have spent over $5500 and were charged $79 for 10 minutes of work. I am a buisness owner and if my customers spent that kind of money I wouldn't charge anything. Never again .its the principal
