  If I cannot ask questions and discuss what a problem is without being treated with rudeness and have the owner walk out of my house and leave, then I will no longer give them my business nor recommend them to anyone again. I gave him the respect of listening to his explanation as to why my heater is working as it ought, but as soon as I wanted to discuss what would be the cause of the issue, the fact it eventually stops blowing hot air, he ordered his employee to pack up and they walked out on me. Problem unresolved and pretty darn good customer lost. Incredibly unprofessional.

  Had a good experience with Lehosit. I was worried that I would not hear from them until the 3 day weekend was over when I called on Friday morning. They were prompt to call back and setup an appointment on the same day and were here within minutes of confirming that they were on their way to my house. They were able to fix the AC in less than a hour.

  They are a great local company. Although my house was an hour away in the mountains, they were able to come the very next day to work on my stove. The repairs were complicated, and required a second visit, but they were promptly back the next day, and called after that to see how the stove was running. The repairman was informative and friendly. The company excels at customer service! It pays to shop local!
