Robin Aire was an excellent experience from beginning to end. Everyone that came to us was punctual (right at the start of the time window they scheduled... to the minute! I never get that with any service company). They were thorough and made sure to listen to our concerns and gave us quote options. Their work was excellent and they did a phenomenal, clean job. I was extremely satisfied with their service and their employees I met-- all extremely professional and polite. I'll definitely hire them again.

I scheduled an appointment to have 2 dampers in my venting repaired or replaced. They scheduled an appointment the next day which was amazing, but didn't have the parts to actually repair/replace the part (they installed they system) and charged $89 for the visit. They then called the next day to let me know that it would cost an additional $600+ to replace the two dampers. I was able to replace them myself for $200 and 15 minutes of time. Unfortunate experience as I have had great service from them in the past.

Hi Tiffany, we try are best to have every part to repair most common issues, but unfortunately we cant carry all parts on a service van. Sounds like it worked out for the better because in this instance you were able to make the repair yourself and save some money in the process. That's pretty cool!

On time, polite, clear on what was happening. Walked me through and explained new thermostat and helped me access from my phone. Left everything clean. Very professional. I think training a newer hire - like to see that. There is a great need for service professionals. And this company has always acted in a professional manner in the nearly 20 years we have used their services.
