  Walked in to get a new thermocouple for my hot water tank and I was a great big bother to the guy behind the counter I mean he had to interact with me and everything I hate being a bothersome customer looking for parts but he was some kind of super human inventory machine one glance at the part I needed and boom he just said nope don't have that and that was the end of that transaction even though I previously purchased the same part time before.... I get it..... customers are a disruption to your time I won't be wasting any more of there time !!

  I've had a problem concerning a defective valve that I purchased there.They furnished a 2nd valve which was also defective. What is the probability of 2 bad valves? I applaud Clay that was willing to issue a third valve which took care of the leakage. I give a high recommendation to Robertson Heating.

  Came in with a part that came off a hot water heater sold by the big box chain that wouldn't sell replacement parts for what they sold me. After about 45 mins on the internet and phone contacting his suppliers for information on cross-referenced parts, the salesman realized he had one in stock. Had he not gone through the trouble, I would have had to wait over a week for online warehouses to ship it. Great service and friendly people!
