    Robert Pearson Mechanical Services is a contracted service provider with Old Republic Home Protection so they got the work order. At least three or four service calls and same issue. I always believe the coil they installed was not new and not correctly installed. Out of exhaustion, I researched and called Phd in HVAC, a Rheem partner serviceman. My researched confirmed that they improperly installed Coil. The initial problems was never resolved and more problems were created. Pearson installed the wrong Coil. The system itself was missing parts. Sitting in my attic, coil insulation soaked with water (mold in process), drainage problems, water everywhere.

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS. My LG refrigerator (less than 2 years old) broke, so I went to LG website for a recommended local service company. Robert Pearson Mechanical was recommended to me on their website. My parts were covered under warranty, so I would only have to pay for labor. Robert Pearson sent out a service man quickly and charged me $80 + tax to diagnose the fridge issue. I was told that the replacement parts would arrive between 3-5 days, with 2 weeks at max. I called 1 week later and was assured that they would contact me when an update was available on my parts. No contact from them for another week, so called back. They did not answer, so I left a voicemail. No call back. I called again several times, and my call was sent straight to voicemail (I assume they were screening my calls at this point). It has been 3 weeks now with no contact from Robert Pearson. I saw that another person in my neighborhood posted a similar complaint online about Robert Pearson's failure to follow through and no intent to actually fix the broken appliances. They seem to be collecting diagnosis fees from the customers (and possibly LG) and never completing the repair job. I now have to find another LG appliance repair company, pay them for another diagnosis, and wait even longer to get my fridge repaired. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

    We were given RPM’s info from Home Depot. Our 6 year old LG washer was not working and our 10 year old Samsung fridge had stopped making ice and dispensing water. I called at 8 am and by 10 Chad came out diagnosed the washer to be just a loose bolt and fixed it! Fridge needed a new ice maker and a water valve. By noon I had the quote from Kelsey and parts were in stock! By 1:30 ice maker and water valve were installed. Had to unplug fridge for 24 hours due to inside line frozen. And now both appliances are working!! I find it hard to believe that the reviews on here are for the same company we just dealt with. I read the reviews before calling and decided I would give them a chance and I’m so glad I did. I realize a company can’t please everyone and glad that our experience was a very positive one!
