  Sold our condo complex electric fireplace to replace the old wood ones, took 6 months to get them installed, another 2 months to get the flashing installed that finally kept the winter weather out, and now that there are issues with operations of the unit, they say they can't service it. I am improving my review solely based on the service Stephanie has provided. While we still do not have a solution she has been great to work with to try to get a replacement.

  Robben inc has experienced changes. The fires, Covid, Illness, and staff changes has led us to discover it is time to slow the heart beat of the company. To catch up, catch our breath, (on a average day we take between 100 -150 phone calls a day) There is much work to be done and we want to have happy customers. Lincoln City. and surrounding areas are the best customers in thawe world. We are working on a message center for calls and looking to hire a receptionist/appt scheduler.’We also need installers, hvac service technicians, and parts room tech. Please apply today. Our sister company has sent JJ from Portland to help and he is appreciated. Please be patient with us ….the 4 of us are truly doing what we can. We are all doing our best.
