  RKS installed a brand new Rheem AC system almost four years ago. During installation the owner of the business put his foot through the ceiling accidentally. One of his workers patched it up, but it looks patched up to this day. Afterwards I decided to look up reviews and read a review where RKS air conditioning did a service call. RKS showed up and told the owner the condensation basket was full of water. Water had to be vacuumed up and cleaned. RKS did the same with my system. I ended up calling another company to drain the condensation basket/tub. Basically RKS got rid of the tubing that allows the water to drain into the bathroom in case the condensation basket fills up.The result? I’m guessing more service calls. One more thing. As part of the negotiated price for the brand new ac system RKS promised in writing to make two maintenance service calls but to this day i have not heard from them. Not one courtesy call from RKS. Not one. Buyer beware.

  August 16th Rick personally came over and worked on my ac unit. Issue with my unit just stopped working. Rick got it up and running right away water was falling into the drain pan quick easy fix some adjustments to water outlet and vacuum out water from drain pan(65 dollars). Pretty simple..right...nope. 4 days later same thing. Rick came back 3 days later after my second call to him did the same thing few other adjustments (200 dollars worth). 4 days later same thing....ac stops working..my third call to rick sent someone over did adjustments again vacuumed out water. It's now September 21st same issue ac will not drain water correctly ac stops running once drain pan is full. Out 260 dollars is super hot in here and now Mr Rick with not answer my calls or text messages. Its extremely disappointing the ways some companies do business and terrible that Rick charged for something and did not deliver. Hopefully this review helps the next person out. Do your homework before calling RK'S AIR.LLC. Already got in contact with BBB. Moral of the story ...dont get robbed.

  Over the yrs , Rick has been my go to guy , never ever have I had a bad experience , he knows what he's doing and will give you a happy experience..and the best thing.., he'll get you going !!
