  I came to RJK wanting to replace my duplex's old oil boiler & radiator systems with modern mini-splits, which can do heating and cooling. Robert came by the property and provided the initial estimate, which was competitive with several other quotes I received. After a few weeks waiting for the supplies to ship (high efficiency Fujitsu Halcyon series units), Will and his crew arrived to begin installation. They were great - arrived promptly at 8am each morning, were clean with their work, and very communicative. My tenants and I love the new units, and I will be using RJK again if I require HVAC work. Thanks Robert & Will!

  Professional & Highly recommended My 30 year old furnace broke the week of 1/20/20 when temperatures dipped into the teens. Responsiveness and dependability was #1 with 2 young children. I went with RJK Mechanical's recommendation to correctly reduce the size of the furnace for even better operation, savings and efficiency. Other quotes didn’t even address the issue. RJK Mechanical also took the time to explain options available and benefits of the latest efficiencies and technologies. RJK Mechanical installed my new furnace the day after we agreed on the deal. That night everyone was very warm. The new furnace is way quieter too. I'm almost anxious to see the my utility bills.

  Rob and Will came recommended from a longtime friend. I asked this friend for his recommendation as he is a long time established general contractor known for detail. He, knowing me, a longtime meticulous property manager would only recommend RJK. This was a difficult job. RJK analyzed the situation and recommend an engineering solution to resolve the long standing issue. Mini split ductless units were installed and are incredibly quite and comfortable. The job also incorporated 4 levels of a home. Hoisting, lifting, narrow spaces etc., made this an even more complicated job. Tom the super on the job was meticulous. My wife and I are very pleased and could not have higher praise and thanks to the RKJ team.
