  Our HVAC unit stopped working yesterday (a friday) afternoon. Out landlord called rivertech and they were able to send someone on a saturday. AC is pretty vital as this point of summer for our english bulldog. Everything got check rapidly and fixed in 30 minutes. Adam was very prompt at diagnosing what went wrong, changed the connector and adjusted the freon level. Couldn’t be more grateful!

  Great professionalism from talking with the customer service personnel, to being on time and quick about taking care of our issue. Danny, our tech, was pleasant and knowledgeable when he arrived. This was our first time using Rivertech and now I know why they’re so popular.

  Great customer service, came out as promised contacted me when they were in route and took care of the unit. Chris Land the Tech knew his stuff and will be back to do regular maintenance on the units. These guys are the best around the area the only ones the family uses and will continue to use. Thanks again Rivertech 👍
