Todd did an excellent job replacing the two parts for the compressor.  He also performed the A/C annual inspection and informed me of the status of each finding.  He gave us estimates for recommended updates to our current system.  Very knowledgeable about his job.

Our technician, Britt, arrived within 30 minutes of us calling and inspected the system and thermostat to determine the cause of our equipment failure. He was also very thorough in explaining what was wrong, how his recommended steps would help, and even some tips that we could do ourselves to increase the life of the unit. I would definitely recommend One Hour for fast, high quality service.

Brandon was ahead of schedule, polite, respectful, thorough and even dealt with my dogs with a smile on his face. While explaining what needed to be done, it was understandable. He answered all questions in detail and made me feel comfortable that he could handle the issue. He was able to repair and get me back to full operation in a reasonable time frame.
