  Ismael Rivas is very professional and personable. He helped us out over the phone. In his service call he guided us to what we needed to do to get the a/c to cool again. His instructions were clear and straightforward. The service was excellent and his prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend Rivas for any a/c problem.
