Called this dude in the afternoon because our outside unit broke around 4:30pm. We waited hours and he never came. It’s night already during summertime and we have no a/c. We didn’t call anyone else because he was allegedly coming. When we called again around 6:30pm he declined the call. Super unprofessional.
