  Summer 2020 called for service as my house was getting up to 80 degrees inside. Came onsite ad stated that the duct work to the ducts in the house was a bottle neck for airflow. Paid $1650 to run new duct work to the house. There was not more air throughput after this work was completed. Bought 2 window AC units to use the rest of the year. Left 2 voice messages during the summer of 2020 and no reply. Called back in May 2021. Tech stated that the unit was low on coolant, filled; billed $211, the technician stated I don't know why they didn't fill it up the first time. No Change after coolant was added. Called back a week later and I'm waiting on a reply now.. 9:42 AM 6-29-21 Received call back and they told me that I needed to purchase a new unit for $7,000, because my current unit could not keep up. I let them know that when I moved in 4 years ago it kept up just fine. I let their scheduler know that the tech had stated if it starts acting up again and we will look for a leak to seal.. Will update soon. 3-17-22 They had sent a tech out to tell me what AC wasn't holding coolant, filled up without my permission and sent me a bill. I still insist after they widened the duct work by 2-3 more inches that the amount of air blowing into the house had never changed. I will be speaking with legal counsel.

  They installed a new furnace in January of 2019, never came back to finish closing in the "closet" the furnace is in. That was strike 1. And now strike 2, they came out and plumbed in 2 more propane tanks for me, charging me $721.96 for 1.5 hrs labor. $232 of which was parts. Now here it is an 18° night and I have no heat. Why? Because they installed my 2nd stage regulator upside down, placing the vent up causing it to freeze. I bet they charge me another $500 to come fix their screw up. I do not recommend this company.

  Complete rip off artist! Sold my dad a used unit told him it was a year old, ended up being 10 years old. Charged him to installed like it was new! Completely over charged and didn't even install the proper size unit for their house! Would not recommend, stay away from this scam artist!
