  JOB HALF DONE…As pricey are they are you would think they would see the job all the way through and “RESTORE” it to its original state. The tech removed the base board, broke it in multiple places and then told me its a complete separate job to put them back on at the end of the job for an additional cost. I called the office to ask about it and she said they only do DEMOLITION mind you this is a RESTORATION company. They make you sign a contract stating you will pay whatever they charge when the job is complete. Tech quoted me $600+ on site then called me later quoting $800+ then ended up paying $700+. This was my first occurrence with them and having this issue but definitely a learning experience I’d give 0 stars is i could.

  Kyle Martin was awesome. Three kids means lots of stains and slime in carpets. He go everything out and the carpets look so clean and soft!! 10/10 would request him again. Thank you

  I have never been disappointed in Lipscomb!! They always get my carpets looking new again!!! With 3 wild and messy boys, they have their work cut out for them!!
