  Always have an excellent response and experience with this company. 42 y/o furnace died this week and the technician walked in a found the problem in under 15 minutes and had it repaired within an hour. Also gave excellent cost saving advice. These guys are professionals, reasonable and we will continue to give them our business.

  Did business with them and they do not return phone calls. When they installed my fathers unit, the owner and workers were all drinking liquor the whole time. Call LORICH instead.
