  Great service. Whenever you call them they make it a point to get to your house to check out your furnace or a/c problem asap.

  I'd give them 0 stars if I could. My elderly parents had a new oil furnace (improperly) installed by them in March 2017 and they had trouble with it ever since. After a series of "fixes" that never lasted, the furnace finally gave out March of this year. Despite repeated calls for service no one from G&L would respond and deal with the problem leaving my parents, who are in their late 70s and 80s, to rely on propane and kerosene heaters for warmth in roller coaster March weather! Another HVAC company promptly took care of them thankfully. I have had some of my own service performed by them at a previous home but never again!
