  Every member of their team was polite, friendly and professional. Showed up on time to install 2 new A/C systems and repair a ventilation issue. Always communicated and called on their way to our home. Cleaned up work sites and yard after the job was done so our animals were safe. Been using them for 6 years now, and we continue to be impressed. Anastasia and Jeremiah in particular were so nice and easy to deal with. Thanks to Philip as well for his explanation of everything during the process!

  An amazing experience! First speaking to Keith on a service call we LOVED how honest he was with the issues as well as our options. Shane afterwards came by and again the professionalism was phenomenal! He gave us our options and explained everything so thoroughly that we were able to make a decision easily. Not to mention the team that did help get everything set up I wanna thank Johnathan, Patrick, Phillip and Jimmy! Although I did not speak to each one personally the ones I did speak to were very helpful and kind, and the team in all did just an amazing job within a great time frame. Thank you all for taking what was a scary experience and making it painless!!

  Had trouble with the condensate pump on the air conditioner. Called Riley heating and air and they sent somebody out the very next day. Thomas the technician diagnosed the problem and replaced the pump and everything is working fine now. I am very impressed with Thomas! He is a very experienced and thorough technician. This is the second time that I've had an encounter with him and all I can say is that Riley heating and air and its customers are in good hands with technicians like Thomas!
